Gender Studies - Aalto University School of Economics

The Gender studies research group studies gender and diversity in organizations. Our aim is to contribute to a better understanding of the ways in which society, economy and  business knowledge are gendered. Our ongoing and recent research projects focus on the  gendering of managerial, entrepreneurial and academic work in various contexts from public sector to small business and multinational companies; from marketplace activity to media.
